RoleDescription

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal for a Sales Trainer. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering effective sales training programs, improving sales techniques, and enhancing team performance. Daily tasks include preparing training materials, conducting interactive workshops, monitoring staff performance, and providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement. The Sales Trainer will play a key role in building a results-driven and customer-focused sales force.

Qualifications

  • Strong Presentation and Communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Experience in delivering Sales Trainings, with expertise in teaching effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Training & Development, with a focus on creating structured training plans and monitoring progress.
  • Customer Service skills to help sales teams build stronger client relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to analyze team challenges and develop targeted solutions for performance improvement.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a sales training or a similar role will be a strong advantage.
