Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Trainer based in Bhopal. The Sales Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering effective sales training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of the sales team. Daily tasks include conducting training sessions, preparing sales training materials, evaluating team progress, and offering constructive feedback. The role involves collaborating with team leads to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Expertise in conducting Sales Trainings and developing Training & Development programs
Strong Presentation Skills and effective Communication abilities
Experience in delivering Customer Service training to enhance client interaction skills
Proven ability to analyze team performance and tailor training accordingly
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred
Previous experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role is advantageous
