Sales Trainer

We're Hiring: Trainer Wall Decor (IST) | Delhi NCR

Urban Company is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer (38+ years) to drive capability building for our Inside Sales Team in the rapidly growing Wall Decor category.

What you'll do:

• Train IST agents on sales communication, call handling & customer-first behaviour
• Deliver weekly refreshers & daily huddles
• Conduct call audits, coaching & quality calibrations
• Build training content decks, SOPs, scripts, one-pagers & videos
• Collaborate with Category & Product teams to refine SOPs and improve customer experience

What we're looking for:

• 38+ years in sales training (BPO, telesales, retail, EdTech, field sales, or blue-collar training)
• Strong communication & facilitation skills (Hindi + English)
• Ability to coach, audit, and drive behaviour change
• Experience creating high-quality training content
• High ownership & passion for developing people

Work Mode: On-site, Delhi NCR
