Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive (Inside & Outside Sales) to enhance our institutional partnerships and student engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to build a career in sales.

This role focuses on developing collaborations with colleges and universities, engaging with students, and increasing brand presence through effective BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities. It is a great opportunity for freshers or early-stage professionals looking to build a strong foundation in sales and grow into leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inside sales by managing inbound leads, follow-ups, and counselling through calls and digital platforms.
  • Conduct outside sales, including field visits, institutional tie-ups, and client meetings.
  • Promote KIT Skill Hub's training and upskilling programs to students and institutions.
  • Execute daily and weekly sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with college representatives and placement teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and closures in CRM tools.
