Schedule & Conduct trainings
- Plan the trainings and communicate it to all the concerned regions.
- Organizing product training sessions as per the product launches for every region.
- Ensure the travel calendar is planned and updated.
- Deliver training content for new arrival products.
- Conduct refreshers for senior staff.
- Deliver the T-6 Standards across India.
- Deliver global-led programs like Staffing Review and Core Competencies.
- Receive feedback on trainings.
- Conduct the New Hire s Trainings as per the schedule.
Analysis and Mapping
- Evaluate modes of training delivery to optimize training effectiveness and training costs.
- Monitor the feedback received from the employees on training.
- Monitor training costs and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
- Monitor progress on an on-going basis.
- Map the training hours on an on-going basis.
- Ensure all the scheduled trainings are completed OTIF.
