Job Title: Sales Trainer
Experience: 1+ Year
Salary: Up to 45,000 CTC
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
Working Days: 5 Days
Job Description
Hiring a Sales Trainer with minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer in an International BPO. The candidate will be responsible for training and coaching sales teams, improving process knowledge and enhancing employee performance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions for sales/voice process employees.
Coach and develop employees on sales and communication skills.
Monitor training effectiveness and employee performance.
Provide feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure adherence to process and quality standards.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer in International BPO.
International Voice/sales Process Experience Preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong coaching and team-handling abilities.
Comfortable with Work From Office and self-travel.
Immediate joiners preferred.
