We are seeking a Process Trainer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge in process-related tasks. The Process Trainer will ensure that employees are equipped with the necessary tools and techniques to perform their roles efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs for new and existing employees.
- Evaluate training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
- Develop training materials such as manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.
- Conduct training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role-playing, simulations, and group discussions.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a process-oriented environment.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools, such as LMS (Learning Management Systems).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Experience in conducting assessments and evaluations to measure training outcomes.
