Job Description

  • Deliver training sessions based on the designed content to ensure clear understanding among trainees.
  • Develop and enhance training content in alignment with business requirements.
  • Understand market dynamics and product offerings and effectively train participants on applying the sales model.
  • Design customized training modules based on evolving business needs.
  • Drive improvement in learners sales productivity through targeted training interventions.
  • Ensure high levels of learning effectiveness across the target audience.
  • Implement effective reinforcement strategies to sustain learning outcomes.
  • Conduct training on productivity tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and other relevant platforms.
  • Prepare and maintain training reports, dashboards, and other key data relevant to the business unit.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and utilize them effectively.
  • Conduct call audits for advisors and provide constructive coaching and feedback.
  • Offer one-on-one coaching sessions for advisors based on business needs.
  • Conduct refresher sessions on products, processes, and other topics as per business requirements.

Education Qualification

- Essential : Graduation

- Desired : MBA

Technical Skills

- Essential - Excel And PowerPoint.

Behavioral Skills/ Soft Skills

- Essential : Facilitation, Articulation, Excellent communication and presentation

- Desired : Content Creation.

Experience

Minimum (# of years) : 5

Maximum (# of years) : 10
