Maven Silicon, a leading firm in the Education Management industry, is seeking a high-energy, result-oriented Sales Trainer . The ideal candidate will be responsible for sharpening the skills of our sales force, from new-hire onboarding to advanced sales techniques for seasoned veterans. You will bridge the gap between product knowledge and persuasive selling, ensuring our team meets and exceeds revenue targets through continuous improvement.

Key Responsiblities

Training Needs Analysis (TNA):Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify skill gaps and performance bottlenecks within the sales team.

Content Development:Design and develop comprehensive training modules, including sales scripts, objection-handling playbooks, product knowledge guides, and role-play scenarios tailored for the EdTech industry.

Delivery & Facilitation:Conduct engaging workshops, classroom training sessions, and virtual webinars focusing on the end-to-end sales cycle (Prospecting, Pitching, Negotiation, and Closing).

Onboarding:Manage the Sales Bootcamp for new hires to ensure a fast ramp-up time to productivity.

Coaching & Mentorship:Perform Live Call Listening or shadow sales meetings to provide real-time feedback and one-on-one coaching.

Sales Tech Mastery:Train the team on effective use of CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales enablement technologies specific to the Education Management sector.

Performance Tracking:Define and monitor training KPIs (e.g., conversion rate improvements, reduced sales cycle length) to measure the ROI of training programs.

Required Skills and Qualification

Experience:5 to 10+ years of experience in Sales Training, preferably within the Education Management industry.

Industry Knowledge:A strong understanding of the education sector, its challenges, and sales strategies that work to serve education providers.

Methodologies:Deep understanding of sales frameworks (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, or Consultative Selling).

Communication:Exceptional public speaking, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Analytical Skills:Ability to translate sales data and CRM reports into actionable training plans.

Tools:Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced PowerPoint/Excel) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Adaptability:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot strategies based on market trends.
