This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai for a Sales Trainer role. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for conducting effective sales training sessions to support the development of team members. Responsibilities include delivering training programs, developing and refining training materials, fostering communication and customer service excellence, and ensuring best practices are adhered to in sales techniques and customer interactions. The role also involves assessing training needs, monitoring training outcomes, and providing constructive feedback to participants for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Proficiency in delivering Sales Trainings and related Training & Development programs
Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to engage and inspire participants
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey concepts
Experience in Customer Service techniques and strategies
Ability to self-manage tasks and work effectively in an on-site environment
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Prior experience in sales training or a similar role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Education, or a related field is beneficial
