About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales / Retail Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong retail sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train and motivate sales teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales and retail training programs for store staff and sales teams
• Train employees on product knowledge, customer engagement, sales techniques, and retail operations
• Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Support continuous learning initiatives
• Develop training materials, presentations, and evaluation methods
• Coordinate with management to identify training needs and improve team productivity
• Ensure consistent brand communication and customer experience standards across teams

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in sales and retail
• Prior training experience will be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to motivate and engage teams effectively
• Willingness to travel 

Communication Requirement:

• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Knowledge of any South Indian regional language will be an added advantage

Compensation:

• Salary will be based on previous CTC and relevant experience
