Key Responsibilities
Conduct induction and onboarding training for new joiners
Deliver classroom and on-the-job training on sales, product knowledge, VM basics, and customer service
Provide on-floor coaching and performance feedback to store teams
Identify training needs and skill gaps through store visits and audits
Develop and update training materials, manuals, and presentations
Track training effectiveness and maintain training MIS
Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for training calendars
Required Skills
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Good understanding of retail operations and sales processes
Ability to engage frontline retail staff effectively
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Willingness to travel across stores
Qualification & Experience
Graduate preferred
25 years of experience in retail training or store operations
