Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Trainer located in Mumbai. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective sales training sessions, developing training materials, and providing ongoing coaching to improve sales performance. The role involves regular communication with sales teams to identify training needs, creating and updating training programs, and monitoring the progress of trainees. Additionally, the Sales Trainer will work closely with other departments to ensure consistency in customer service and sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Sales Trainings and Training & Development skills
  • Presentation Skills and strong Communication skills
  • Customer Service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in sales or training roles is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Financial Services Background will be preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience
