Job SummaryVinayak Enterprises is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Trainer to strengthen our sales team's performance. The role focuses on onboarding new sales executives, improving call quality, enhancing conversion rates, and ensuring consistent sales excellence through structured training programs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct sales training and coaching sessions for new hires and existing sales staff
- Handle induction and onboarding training for new sales joiners
- Improve sales pitch, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Analyze call recordings and sales performance data to identify training gaps
- Create and update training content, sales scripts, pitch decks, and SOPs
- Conduct role-plays, mock calls, and refresher training sessions
- Work closely with Sales Managers, MIS, and Quality teams to align training goals
- Track post-training performance and share training effectiveness reports
- Support performance improvement plans (PIPs) for underperforming team members
Skills & Competencies Required- Strong understanding of inside sales / corporate sales processes
- Proven experience in sales training or sales coaching
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and coach teams to achieve targets
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales dashboards
- Data-driven approach to training and performance improvement
Preferred Qualifications- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in B2B / B2C sales training is preferred
- Exposure to call quality auditing or performance coaching is an added advantage
