With over 10,000 satisfied guests and a handpicked collection of 1,000+ villas, we focus on delivering seamless, personalized, and memorable vacation experiences.
We also operate another brand, Ukiyo Solutions, a hospitality-tech and marketing solutions company that supports Stay Ukiyo and other travel-focused ventures. Ukiyo Solutions enables growth through technology, creative strategy, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Identify and reach out to prospective clients including villa owners and corporate groups
Generate and convert leads via outbound calls, emails, and networking
Maintain and update CRM with lead status and follow-ups
Villa Onboarding & Relationship Management
Coordinate with villa owners for onboarding and documentation
Maintain long-term relationships with partners to ensure repeat business and satisfaction
Gather property details, pricing, images, and terms for listings
Sales Pitch & Closing
Conduct sales calls and virtual/in-person meetings to present Stay Ukiyo's offerings
Negotiate terms and close high-value partnerships and villa listings
Represent the brand in a professional, value-driven manner
Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with guest relations, content, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Ensure listings are optimized and partners are supported post-signing
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain sales trackers, contracts, and deal logs
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
Skills and Competencies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability with a results-driven mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Passion for luxury travel, hospitality, and client interaction is a plus
