Role Description:

The Sales Trainee will support Stay Ukiyo's growth by identifying high-potential villa partnerships and nurturing strong business relationships within the luxury hospitality sector. This role demands polished communication, commercial awareness, and the ability to represent the brand with exceptional professionalism. The Sales Trainee will contribute to expanding our premium villa network, ensuring seamless onboarding, and delivering a refined partner experience that aligns with Stay Ukiyo's standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard premium villa partners and strategic collaborators.
  • Drive structured outreach for lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring timely follow-ups and pipeline visibility.
  • Coordinate end-to-end villa onboarding, documentation, and listing setup.
  • Build and sustain long-term partner relationships while ensuring service excellence.
  • Present Stay Ukiyo's value proposition with a polished, brand-aligned communication style.
  • Ensure listing quality, optimisation, and post-onboarding support.
  • Track market movements and maintain updated sales reports and documentation.

Requirements:

  • No Freshers, minimum 1-2 Years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality (preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Professional presence with the ability to confidently interact with luxury property owners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong interest in hospitality, luxury travel, and partner relationship management.
