We are seeking energetic, results-driven, and enthusiastic candidates to join our fast-growing Sales & Strategy team. Objective This program is designed to identify, nurture, and develop young talent by offering hands-on exposure across global sales functions. The role aims to build future-ready professionals with a strong foundation in International Sales Operations, practical lead generation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Role DescriptionWe are seeking results-oriented and adaptable individuals ready to take ownership of the early-stage sales cycle. This role offers hands-on exposure to strategic sales operations, global lead generation, and relationship management. It is designed as a high-growth pathway toward becoming an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Strategic Business Partner.
Trainees will actively support the sales organization by gaining end-to-end operational insights and executing high-volume outreach programs across the APAC, AMER, and EMEA regions.
Key Responsibilities & DeliverablesGlobal Outreach & Lead Generation:
Multi-Channel Prospecting: Conduct consistent outbound outreach using Cold Calling, Email campaigns, and LinkedIn to identify potential business opportunities.
Regional Execution: Manage and execute outreach programs tailored to different time zones and cultural nuances across APJ, AMER, and EMEA.
Lead Qualification: Identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
Sales Operations: Support day-to-day sales functions to ensure smooth coordination and alignment with global business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
Act as a key operational support point for the pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure a smooth hand-off of qualified leads.
Assist in maintaining accurate records in the CRM, updating dashboards, and generating reports to track outreach effectiveness.
Contribute ideas for process improvement and operational efficiency in our global Go-To-Market strategy.
Education & ExperienceEducation: Graduates in any stream (Batch of 2025 pass out or later), preferably BE/BTech, BBA, MBA, MCA, or B.Sc.
Experience: 01 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or General Operations.
Shifts: Flexibility to work in shifts to support global regions (EMEA/AMER) as required.
Skills & CompetenciesResilience: A high level of motivation and the ability to handle the rejection inherent in cold calling with a positive attitude.
Communication: Exceptional fluency in written and spoken English; comfortable and confident speaking to global stakeholders.
Tech Savvy: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and comfortable learning sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs).
Mindset: An outcome-oriented attitude with a strong drive to hit daily and weekly outreach targets.
Adaptability: Naturally curious with the ability to work effectively under the pressure of a fast-paced sales environment.
Additional InformationFull-time | Chennai, India | Monday to Friday.
Trainee Program: Upon successful completion of the program, trainees are eligible for absorption as full-time employees based on performance and selection criteria.
Travel: Willingness to travel for events or client meetings as required.
