Job Description

  • Maintain and track contact information of potential clients.
  • Initiate outbound calls to qualify leads and provide product information.
  • Schedule appointments for in-person meetings to showcase our Products and offer personalized consultations.
  • Conduct persuasive product demonstrations, emphasizing the unique features and benefits of our products.
  • Address post-visit queries and concerns to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional our products or services.
  • Provide valuable feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and improvement opportunities to the marketing team.
  • Required Skills:
  • Very good communication skills (written verbal) in English.
  • Good communication skills (verbal) in the respective local language.
  • Should possess clarity of thought and ability to present proposals to customers in a crisp manner.
  • Strong customer interaction negotiation skills
  • Ability to drive the sales for the region at independent level
  • Must be able to work independently with self-discipline and motivation
