Overview

Pep Sales Training Program is a specialized training designed to provide real world FMCG sales exposure to graduates/post graduates


Responsibilities

Pep sales trainees undergo 4 stints as part of their training program:

  1. PSR Shadow stint
  2. CE Shadow stint:
  3. Guided CE Stint
  4. Independent CE stint: 3 months

Post completion of 6 months training program they will be evaluated on whether they will be confirmed as a fulltime employees
