Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Agent based in Patna. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing tailored health insurance solutions. Daily tasks include educating clients about policy features, facilitating insurance applications, processing claims, and addressing customer inquiries. The Insurance Agent will also stay updated on industry products and trends to provide expert guidance and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Basic knowledge of Finance and the ability to discuss financial requirements with clients
• Strong Customer Service skills with excellent interpersonal and relational abilities
• Proven organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with health insurance products is advantageous
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet sales targets
