Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Trainee role located in Hyderabad. As a Sales Trainee, you will assist in identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing relationships to understand their travel needs, and supporting sales processes. Your responsibilities will include learning and implementing sales strategies, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets. The role provides an opportunity to grow and develop expertise in sales and travel services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs
- Skills in Sales and Sales Management, including a strong ability to develop and execute strategies to drive business
- Experience or interest in Training and team collaboration to refine sales techniques and practices
- Self-motivation, eagerness to learn, and a results-oriented approach
- Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is beneficial but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field preferred
- Fluency in English and knowledge of local languages is an advantage
