Sales Trainee

Growth Scraper is a Coimbatore-based growth agency and academy. We help brands scale through SEO, web development, and design and we train the next generation of digital professionals through our structured programs in SEO, UI/UX Design, and No-Code AI Website Development.

We are hiring Sales Trainees to be the first point of contact for students exploring our programs. Your job is to understand what students need, explain how our courses help them, and guide them toward enrollment. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Coimbatore with a stipend of ₹10,000 + performance-based incentives on every enrollment you close.

Responsibilities

1. Attend inbound student enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram DMs
2. Understand the student's background, career goals, and concerns
3. Explain course offerings clearly and match students to the right program
4. Follow up consistently with interested leads until they make a decision
5. Handle objections around pricing, course value, and career outcomes confidently
6. Coordinate with mentors for demo calls or doubt-clearing sessions when needed
7. Track all leads and update their status daily in our CRM or sheet
8. Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets

Qualifications

1. Must have completed a degree in any field
2. Fluent in English and Tamil — spoken and written (Mandatory)
3. Hindi communication is a strong plus
4. Comfortable making 30+ calls per day
5. Confident discussing pricing, asking for payment, and closing deals
6. Must own a laptop and smartphone
7. Available to join immediately or within 1 week
