Role Description

Support the sales team in generating enquiries for Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC).
Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, and infrastructure projects.
Assist in preparing quotations and follow-up for orders.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with operations & dispatch team for timely deliveries.
Maintain daily visit reports and market data.


Skills Required:

Basic understanding of construction materials, especially concrete.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to work in field sales.
Ability to build customer relationships.
Training & Growth:

Comprehensive training on RMC products, sales process, and site operations.
Opportunity to grow into Sales Executive / Key Account Executive based on performance.
Salary & Benefits:

3-3.5 lacks plus conveyance and insurance coverage
base.


Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, ensuring effective interaction with clients and team members
  • Knowledge in Sales and Sales Management, with a willingness to learn and apply sales strategies
  • Experience or interest in Training, to adapt to new methodologies and processes effectively
  • Problem-solving ability, a proactive approach to tasks, and an eagerness to grow in the sales domain
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
