Sales Trainee

Position: Sales Trainee / Sales Techno Marketing

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Bangalore

Company: Concrete OEM Private Limited ( A leading ready mix concrete manufacturing company having multiple plants in Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore

Eligibility:

Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

OR

MBA in Marketing

Freshers or candidates with 01 year experience in Sales / Construction Materials preferred.

Good communication skills and willingness to learn field sales.

Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team in generating enquiries for Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC).

Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, and infrastructure projects.

Assist in preparing quotations and follow-up for orders.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with operations & dispatch team for timely deliveries.

Maintain daily visit reports and market data.

Skills Required:

Basic understanding of construction materials, especially concrete.

Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to work in field sales.

Ability to build customer relationships.

Training & Growth:

Comprehensive training on RMC products, sales process, and site operations.

Opportunity to grow into Sales Executive / Key Account Executive based on performance.
