Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Trainee specializing in B2C. As a Sales Trainee, you will engage in customer interactions, actively promote and sell the company's offerings, and develop strong client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include learning essential sales techniques, providing exceptional customer service, identifying client needs, and assisting in achieving sales targets. You will also participate in training sessions and collaborate with sales teams to develop sales strategies and improve overall performance.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Knowledge in Sales and Sales Management for achieving sales targets and executing strategies successfully.
  • Ability to participate in Training programs and implement learning for continuous improvement in performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related roles will be considered a plus.
