Position: Sales Trainee

We are seeking motivated Sales Trainees to support field sales activities and learn the sales process. This role involves assisting in dealer and farmer engagement, gaining product knowledge, and achieving field targets under guidance.

• Assist sales team in field activities and dealer management

• Support product demonstrations and farmer meetings

• Maintain records of market visits and customer interactions

• Coordinate with senior sales staff for reporting and promotions

• Learn and apply sales processes to achieve targets

• Graduates or diploma holders interested in a sales career

• Enthusiastic about agriculture and field work

• Good communication skills and willingness to learn

• Ready to travel within assigned regions

• Graduate or diploma in any discipline; B.Sc. Agriculture preferred

• Basic understanding of agriculture or agri-inputs is a plus

• Strong communication, teamwork, and learning mindset
