Job Description

1.Calling Customers

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Explain products or services clearly.
  • Answer customer questions professionally.

2. Lead Generation

  • Identify interested customers.
  • Collect customer details and requirements.
  • Maintain lead databases and follow-up records.

3. Sales Conversion

  • Convince customers to purchase products/services.
  • Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with interested prospects.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build good relationships with customers.
  • Handle complaints or objections politely.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Update CRM or Excel sheets with call details.
  • Prepare daily call and sales reports.
  • Track follow-up schedules.
