Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Telecaller to join our team in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining our services to potential customers, and achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. This is a target-based role and requires strong communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database

Explain company products/services clearly to customers

Generate leads and convert them into sales

Follow up with interested prospects regularly

Maintain call records and update CRM or Excel sheets

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Handle customer queries professionally

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team

Requirements

Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling tools, etc.)

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

Ability to work from the office in Coimbatore

Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)

Work Details:

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Work Location: Coimbatore (Office-based role only)

Targets: Yes (Daily/Monthly targets applicable)
