Process: Voice Outbound Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to US customers

Explain product features and benefits

Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Maintain CRM records accurately

Handle objections professionally Requirements:

Excellent spoken English (Neutral/US accent)

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Prior outbound sales experience preferred

Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Willing to work night shifts
