Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Telecaller located in Pune. The primary responsibilities include initiating outbound calls to potential clients, providing detailed information on products or services, addressing client inquiries, and following up to maintain relationships. The Sales Telecaller will collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new opportunities, and support lead generation and conversion.

Qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and interact effectively with potential clients
  • Experience in telesales, lead generation, and customer relationship management
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools; familiarity with lead tracking software
  • Organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Adaptability, willingness to learn, and a client-focused approach
  • Prior experience in a similar industry or sales role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience preferred
