We are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecallers to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining company services, generating leads, and scheduling site visits or meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Explain company products/services clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Maintain customer database and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with sales team for closures.
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi basic English).
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling/sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication can also apply.
