About the Position

Crisom Curve is seeking a motivated and performance-oriented Sales Tele caller or Sales Executive to join our Digital Marketing Sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a working understanding of digital marketing services. The selected candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, service pitching, Finalizing and client relationship management.

The position demands a balance of strong sales capabilities and fundamental digital marketing knowledge, along with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients through various lead-generation methods.

- Present and pitch digital marketing services effectively to prospects.

- Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, market research, and client meetings.

- Convert qualified leads into paying clients and meet assigned sales targets.

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

- Understand client business needs and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM tools or Google Sheets.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation benchmarks.

- Prepare regular call reports and sales performance updates.

- Stay informed about current digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies.

- Share market feedback and insights with the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

- 1 Year to 2 years of experience in digital marketing sales.

- Working knowledge of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Design & Development, Meta Ads and other Digital Marketing Services

- Proven ability for Cold Calling to pitch, convert, finalised and close sales deals.

- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Ability to understand client requirements and provide appropriate service solutions.

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.

- Client-handling skills with a professional and positive attitude.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to changing market dynamics.

- Candidates must be currently based in Jaipur.
