Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Assist in the development of sales proposals and quotes based on customer needs.
- Provide ongoing technical support and training to customers post-sale.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively position our offerings.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
- 4-6 years of experience in technical sales or a related role.
- Strong technical knowledge of products and solutions in our industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
