The selected candidate will be responsible for building and managing a team of life insurance advisors while driving business growth and achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard life insurance advisors
Lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
Conduct training sessions and development programs for advisors
Manage documentation and compliance for team members
Implement sales and marketing strategies with senior management
Track and improve team performance
