Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kollam for a Sales Team Leader., We are looking for dynamic leaders to drive our sales engine.

Dual Focus: Manage your own individual sales targets while leading a 3-member high-energy team.

Field Action: Drive daily field activities, client meetings, and salesclosures.

Coaching: Train, mentor, and motivate your team to exceed monthly targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Team Management and Leadership skills to guide, mentor, and monitor a team effectively.
  • Strong Sales skills and the ability to strategize and drive results in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data and make informed decisions for achieving sales goals.
  • Relevant professional experience in sales team leadership, and familiarity with the local market is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
