Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Team Leader based in Alappuzha , We are looking for dynamic leaders to drive our sales engine.

*Dual Focus:* Manage your own individual sales targets while leading a *3-member high-energy team*.

*Field Action:* Drive daily field activities, client meetings, and sales closures.

*Coaching:* Train, mentor, and motivate your team to exceed monthly targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Team Management and Leadership skills to guide and inspire the sales team.
  • Proven Sales expertise, including achieving sales targets and understanding market trends.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing sales data, forecasting, and improving performance metrics.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within salesis highly advantageous.
