Role Objective

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Distribution Manager to lead our expanding team at the Dunlop branch. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for building a high-performing distribution network from the ground up, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of professional growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard a robust team of advisors and partners.
• Training & Mentorship: Conduct specialized training sessions and workshops to enhance the team's product knowledge and professional skills.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute localized market strategies to expand our footprint in the Kolkata region.
• Leadership & Management: Provide daily guidance, conduct reviews, and manage the overall workflow of the distribution team.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with value partners.

Working Hours & Culture

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (Fixed Weekend Off).
• Work Timings: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: ₹3 LPA - ₹6 LPA
