Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Team Lead, based in Noida. The Sales Team Lead will oversee sales operations, manage a team of sales representatives, and ensure sales targets are achieved. Key responsibilities include coaching and motivating the sales team, monitoring performance metrics, maintaining quality customer service, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth. The role requires driving team success while maintaining operational efficiency and alignment with company goals.

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales skills with a track record of achieving targets
  • Effective Analytical Skills to assess team performance and market trends
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members to achieve individual and team goals
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the beauty or education industry is a plus
