Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays

Work Mode: Work from Office

Location: IIDE Corporate Office, Lower Parel

Reports to: Manager – Sales

About the Role:

As the Sales Team Lead at Lower Parel, you will play a pivotal role in driving student enrollments and leading a high-performing team of sales counselors. This role involves managing day-to-day sales execution, monitoring performance, and ensuring process adherence while achieving individual and team revenue targets. You will actively contribute to lead conversion, coach team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards across the admissions and sales process.

What You'll Do:

● Sales Target Achievement & Execution:

○ Achieve assigned individual and team enrollment and revenue targets.

○ Drive lead conversion through active calling, follow-ups, and deal closures.

○ Monitor lead aging and ensure timely follow-ups by team members.

○ Maintain hygiene and accuracy across the sales funnel.

● Sales Process Execution & Improvement:

○ Execute sales strategies and campaigns as defined by sales leadership.

○ Support cross-selling and upselling initiatives within the team.

○ Share regular feedback on lead quality, student behaviour, and market trends.

○ Ensure consistent and effective usage of CRM tools by the team.

● Team Supervision & Coaching:

○ Lead, guide, and motivate a team of 5–10 sales counselors.

○ Conduct regular coaching sessions on call quality, pitching, objection handling, and closures.

○ Set daily and weekly activity goals and track individual performance.

○ Support onboarding and training of new team members.

● Reporting & Quality Control:

○ Track and report key performance metrics including conversions, productivity, and revenue.

○ Conduct call audits and quality checks to maintain sales standards.

○ Ensure proper lead allocation and utilisation through regular CRM audits.

● Collaboration & Support:

○ Work closely with marketing teams to improve lead conversion and campaign outcomes.

○ Contribute to continuous improvements in sales processes and team productivity.

○ Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by sales leadership.

○ Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.

Who You Are:● Must-Have:

○ 3–5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, admissions, or business development, preferably in the education industry.

○ Proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

○ Prior experience managing or mentoring sales teams.

○ Strong communication, coaching, objection-handling, and stakeholder management skills.

○ Data-driven mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs and optimize team performance.

○ Familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnel management.

● Should Have:

○ Experience in lead management, sales process optimization, and conversion improvement.

○ Ability to analyze lead quality, market trends, and customer behavior to improve outcomes.

○ Experience collaborating with marketing and cross-functional teams.

● Nice to Have:

○ Prior experience in EdTech, higher education, or career counseling environments.

○ Exposure to call quality audits and structured sales training programs.

○ Certifications in sales, communication, or leadership development.
