Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the sales of EDC machines through various channels across multiple locations.
  2. Hire, build, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and deadlines.
  3. Resolve merchant queries and drive overall engagement of the merchant base.
  4. Motivate the team, provide training, and ensure a high level of performance.

Job Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in team leadership and managing sales operations.
  2. Strong ability to drive sales and manage distribution channels.
  3. Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  4. Graduate or Postgraduate with a growth mindset.
