Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and grow business.
  • Develop and implement strategies for merchant onboarding, acquiring, and QR code activation.
  • Oversee POS machine management, ensuring efficient use and maintenance.
  • Handle team performance, providing guidance and support to improve results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in Sales Team Management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Merchant Acquiring, Merchant Onboarding, Pos Machine, QR Code concepts.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective team handling.
