Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Sell products/services and manage customer relationships, from lead outreach to purchase completion.
  2. Oversee and manage a 5-member sales team, driving business growth and performance.
  3. Implement distribution concepts and metrics to ensure team success and achieve lucrative incentives.
  4. Ensure seamless sales operations across dairy outlets and retail businesses, managing end-to-end processes.

Job Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in channel sales and distribution.
  2. Strong experience in team handling and sales management.
  3. Proficiency in Excel and data tools for sales analysis.
  4. Graduate or Postgraduate education preferred.
