Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Team Lead to join our on-site team in Calicut. The ideal candidate will manage and motivate the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, analyze sales data, and maintain customer relationships. The Sales Team Lead will focus on driving revenue, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service to support the company's mission. This leadership role requires collaboration with various teams to foster a high-performing and results-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Team Management and Leadership skills to motivate and guide the sales team effectively
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to assess sales performance and develop actionable strategies
  • Prior experience in a sales or leadership role, preferably in the e-learning or arts education sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Passion for Indian classical arts and an understanding of the e-learning industry would be an added advantage
