Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with founders and leadership to drive sales strategy and overall growth.
  • Lead execution of sales initiatives and contribute hands-on to revenue generation.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing SDR team.
Key Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Hands-on experience with global outbound SDR motions (US & SEA markets preferred).
  • Proven team handling and leadership experience.
  • Prior experience working in a 01 startup environment.
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to lead from the front.
Nice to Have
  • Experience setting up an SDR function from scratch.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and outbound sales tools.
