Key Responsibilities- Work closely with founders and leadership to drive sales strategy and overall growth.
- Lead execution of sales initiatives and contribute hands-on to revenue generation.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing SDR team.
Key Requirements- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Hands-on experience with global outbound SDR motions (US & SEA markets preferred).
- Proven team handling and leadership experience.
- Prior experience working in a 01 startup environment.
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to lead from the front.
Nice to Have- Experience setting up an SDR function from scratch.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and outbound sales tools.
