Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Team Lead role based in Kochi. The Sales Team Lead will oversee a team of sales professionals, set daily and weekly sales targets, and monitor performance to ensure goals are met. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies, guiding team members on lead generation and follow-up, and coordinating with operations to ensure seamless service delivery. The Sales Team Lead will handle key client interactions, resolve escalated customer issues, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Daily responsibilities also include coaching and mentoring team members, preparing sales reports, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with management to improve processes and customer experience in the attestation services domain.
Qualifications
  • Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and target-driven selling.
  • Proven Team Management abilities, including mentoring, performance tracking, and team motivation.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client retention.
  • Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly to customers and team members.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Previous experience in sales leadership or supervisory roles, preferably in services or related industries.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with a focus on quality and compliance.
  • Proficiency in basic office and CRM tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Ability to work on-site in Kochi and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
