Role DescriptionThe Inside Sales Team Lead will oversee and coordinate the activities of the inside sales team to ensure sales targets and goals are effectively met. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ernakulam. Key responsibilities include managing lead generation efforts, ensuring excellent customer service, coaching and mentoring team members, monitoring team performance, and driving sales initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to improve overall sales operations and delivering detailed performance reports to higher management.
