Role Description

The Inside Sales Team Lead will oversee and coordinate the activities of the inside sales team to ensure sales targets and goals are effectively met. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ernakulam. Key responsibilities include managing lead generation efforts, ensuring excellent customer service, coaching and mentoring team members, monitoring team performance, and driving sales initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to improve overall sales operations and delivering detailed performance reports to higher management.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Inside Sales with proficiency in identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads
  • Experience in Lead Generation and a results-driven approach to increasing revenue
  • Strong capabilities in Customer Service, including effective communication and relationship management
  • Team Management and Leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and motivating teams
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
