Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Team Lead position located in Coimbatore. The Inside Sales Team Lead will manage and guide the inside sales team to achieve targets, generate leads, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities include overseeing daily sales activities, ensuring high customer satisfaction, analysing metrics, and providing training and motivation to the team. The role also involves identifying opportunities to optimise sales processes and collaborating with other departments for seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Customer Service, ensuring a positive experience for clients and leads
• Proven ability in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide, mentor, and motivate team members
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets effectively
• Previous experience in sales leadership roles is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Laptop and android phone is mandatory
