Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Lead, based in Kozhikode. The Sales Team Lead will oversee and manage the performance of a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, providing support and training, implementing strategies to drive sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Team Management and leadership, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Strong Sales skills, including strategy development and target achievement.
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and implement improvement strategies.
  • Prior experience in sales or leadership roles, preferably in the education or EdTech sector, is advantageous.
