Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Sales Team Lead. The Sales Team Lead will oversee and manage a dynamic sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets. Responsibilities include setting and monitoring sales goals, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring excellent customer service, and mentoring team members for high performance. The candidate will also ensure effective communication within the team and with stakeholders to meet organizational objectives.

  • Team Management and leadership skills to mentor and guide team members effectively
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess sales data, forecast trends, and identify opportunities
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the EdTech industry or a similar sector is desirable
