We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Lead to manage and guide our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales experience, and knowledge of electrical or automation products.

*Responsibilities*

Lead and manage the sales team

Assign and monitor daily sales activities

Achieve team sales targets and business growth

Train and motivate team members

Develop sales strategies and customer relationships

Prepare sales reports and performance analysis

*Requirements*

Minimum 2 years of sales experience

Qualification in BBA, MBA, B.Tech, Diploma, ITI, or related electrical/electronics courses

Leadership and team management skills

Electrical industry knowledge preferred
